Picaroons Brewing Company

Northampton Brewing Co. Ltd., located in Fredericton, is an award winning microbrewery, brewing specialty beers under the brand name Picaroons Traditional Ales. The company won two gold medals and one silver medal at the 2005 Canadian Brewing Awards. Picaroons founder and brew-master, Sean Dunbar, is a true craftsman. Picaroons Brewery is one of only two microbreweries in Canada to use the traditional technique of open fermentation.

He tests and finely adjusts his recipes and watches each batch carefully.

Sales of Picaroons beer are throughout New Brunswick in bars, restaurants and liquor stores.
